What we treat

In-home wound care services across Southeast Wisconsin

Our clinicians manage chronic and complex wounds in the home — assessment, advanced dressings, debridement, and ongoing monitoring until you heal, all coordinated with your physician.

Diabetic Foot Ulcers

Specialized care for diabetic foot wounds — offloading, advanced dressings, and close monitoring to lower infection risk and prevent complications.

Pressure Ulcers (Bed Sores)

For patients with limited mobility, we treat pressure injuries at every stage with wound care, positioning guidance, and prevention strategies to support healing.

Venous Leg Ulcers

Venous leg ulcers benefit from compression therapy, advanced wound dressings, and edema control — addressing the underlying circulation issues that slow healing.

Arterial Wounds

Arterial (ischemic) wounds need careful, specialized management. We provide protective wound care and close coordination with your physician and vascular team.

Surgical & Traumatic Wounds

Healing support for post-surgical incisions and traumatic wounds — cleaning, dressing, infection monitoring, and recovery care at home so you don't have to travel.

Wound Debridement

Removal of non-viable tissue is often essential for healing. Our clinicians perform appropriate debridement in the home to help wounds progress safely.

The difference

Specialized wound care, delivered where you live.

Chronic wounds heal best with consistent, expert attention. Our clinicians bring that expertise into the home — assessing the wound, applying advanced treatment, and adjusting the plan as you progress, all without the stress of travel.
